I don’t know who needs to hear this, but the special today (Wednesday 3/27) at @toastdurham is amazing. I kinda run hot and cold when it comes to lamb — I love it right up until it crosses the line to Too Lamby — and this sandwich is definitely on the “love it” side of that line. Packed with umami from the olives and artichokes and feta. Just outstanding.
